It failed to deliver the necessary functionalities, and a recent merger exacerbated the challenge of integrating disparate systems. Despite their initial inclination to salvage their existing platform, they realized it was time for a change.

Upon discussing their challenges, it became evident that upgrading their current system wasn’t the optimal solution. It would incur significant costs while still lacking the required functionality and simplicity. Thus, Catalyst facilitated their transition to NetSuite.

“What attracted me most to Catalyst was that I didn’t need to be an expert in NetSuite,” explained Tania.

Unlike other integrators, Catalyst didn’t burden Trace3 with the expectation of possessing in-depth knowledge of the tool from the outset. Instead, they collaborated closely to design a system tailored to Trace3’s unique requirements.

“They truly understand both the industry and the tool,” Tania affirmed.

In addition to implementation and integration assistance, Trace3 has leveraged the VAR Connect SuiteApp and is exploring the ConnectWise Manage Integration to further enhance their operations.

Knowing that Catalyst’s support extended beyond implementation alleviated the stress associated with system launches. Tania had confidence that Catalyst would be there to provide ongoing support.

Nearly a year since the platform went live, Trace3 has transitioned from troubleshooting to innovating new solutions.
