CREATE VENDOR BILLS

When the vendor ships an order and WeFi receives the information, the integration will bring in the data to create both an Item Receipt and a Vendor Bill in NetSuite. The WeFi to NetSuite integration has a Vendor Bill dashboard that will alert Accounts Payable teams of any variances between the Purchase Order and Vendor Bill and allow those teams to make decisions on how to process the Vendor Bill.

CREATE ITEM FULFILLMENT AND ITEM RECEIPTS

When the vendor ships an order and transmits the invoice to WeFi, the integration creates a NetSuite Item Fulfillment and records details to NetSuite, such as the Order Ship Date, Order Carrier, and Order Tracking numbers.

RECORD SERIAL NUMBERS

The Catalyst WeFi to NetSuite integration will record serial numbers once WeFi receives them for the order. The serial numbers will be searchable in NetSuite and have their own custom record for further linking and asset tracking.
